Yücel Topuz was born in 1975 in Istanbul. He graduated from Üsküdar Trade Vocational High School in 1992. Before joining ESKO, he worked at Sarıoğlu Denizcilik & Turizm Ltd. Şti. as an Accounting & Finance Specialist. He started working at ESKO Marine, a member of The Maritime House Istanbul, in February 2019 as the Accounting & Finance Manager.
